:- 4.0 out of 5 stars from Suzy Kelly -- Nice variety of crust recipes : advice on ingredients which is good since a lot were new to me (strong flour vs very strong flour). What will be a challenge for me to make these recipes is it is only in metric and I live in the States. Some small measurements have a teaspoon and then an approximate for grams but the flour and larger portions only state grams. The toppings were nice suggestions but not really recipes. I liked the free download for the sourdough starter too. If you are an avid baker and have a scale (or live in the UK) this would be a good reference book for pizza crusts. A lot of time and effort is required for the recipes in this anthology, so my only recommendation would be to make sure you have the time and tools prior to jumping in! Everything in here starts from scratch dough and the instructions are very thorough, which I appreciate. I also thought it was interesting to include recipes with specialty doughs in chapter 3—can’t wait to try the dough with hemp flour!
